2. Booking and Membership
• Court and simulator bookings must be made online or at the facility.
• Members receive priority booking, discounts, and exclusive access to events.
• Memberships are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered individual.
3. Payments and Refunds
• All bookings must be paid for at the time of reservation.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases (medical issues, relocation, etc.).
• Any unauthorized use of discount codes or promotions may result in cancellation without notice.
4. Facility Rules
• All visitors must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking footwear.
• Equipment provided must be returned in good condition.
• Any damage to property due to negligence will be charged to the responsible party.
5. Liability
• Padel & Par is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items on the premises.
• Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.
6. Code of Conduct
• Respectful behavior towards staff and other guests is required at all times.
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or misconduct will lead to removal from the facility and potential legal action.
7. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellation policies apply (see below).
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
8. Amendments to Terms
• Padel & Par reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Cancellation Policy
1. Court & Simulator Bookings
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance – Full refund or rescheduling available.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours – No refund, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
• No-shows – No refund or rescheduling.
2. Membership Cancellations
• Monthly memberships can be canceled with one month’s notice.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable except in cases of serious illness or relocation.
3. Event & Corporate Booking Cancellations
• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event – Full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days – 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours – No refund.

Note: Padel & Par reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a full refund in such cases.
